These Terms govern use of Polanco AI. Paid Polanco Advertising work, implementation, automation builds, websites, support, or consulting requires a separate written agreement or checkout terms.
AI assistant limitations
Polanco AI provides automated informational and sales-support responses. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated and do not guarantee business results, compliance, revenue, rankings, leads, or technical feasibility.
User responsibilities
Use the chatbot lawfully. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party data you are not authorized to share. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, abuse, or interfere with the service.
No client relationship by chat
Chatting with Polanco AI, sharing contact details, or booking a call does not create a client relationship or binding project agreement.
Disclaimer and limitation
The chatbot is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages related to chatbot use.
